Mary Manusos is a semi-retired printmaking professor at Ohio University. She works with traditional printmaking, drawing, and painting techniques on handmade paper. Her work centers on the tenuous balance of man and nature and the stillness of the moment of reflection, as recorded in her abstract propositions. Her work is in the collection of the Modern Art and at Franklin Furnace in New York, the Tweed Museum, and the San Francisco Museum of Art. She has shown in Europe, Mexico, Canada, South Americac, Japan, Korea, and China. She is currently represented by Judith Rach Gallery in Chicago, CJ Gallery in San Diego, and the Old Print Shop in NYC.
