Ohio University designates four weekends each year as Family Weekends. Throughout these weekends, families and their students are encouraged to attend performances, lectures, sporting events and recreational activities while exploring OHIO’s campus.

Ohio University will host the following Family Weekends during the 2019-20 academic year:

Parents Weekend: Sept. 20-22, 2019

Dads Weekend: Nov. 1-3, 2019

Sibs Weekend: Feb. 7-9, 2020

Moms Weekend: April 3-5, 2020

“Each year at Ohio University we invite the parents and families of our students to experience various aspects of campus life,” said Dusty Kilgour, the executive director of Conference and Event Services. “Parents, Dads, Sibs and Moms Weekend programming is geared toward all of our students and we hope that everyone is able to join us for the activities that we have planned.”

With the 2018 Parents Weekend in the rear view mirror, the 2018-19 Family Weekends continue with Dads Weekend, Nov. 2-4, 2018, followed by Sibs Weekend, Feb. 1-3, 2019, and Moms Weekend, April 5-7, 2019.

Information on each weekend’s schedule of on-campus events and activities will be provided as each Family Weekend approaches. A comprehensive list of activities occurring on all of OHIO’s campuses will be available through the Calendar of University Events (CUE).
