Outdoor Pursuits introduces new yoga and climbing combination activity
If you have an interest in yoga and have been looking to expand your fitness horizon, or if rock climbing is your thing but you want to incorporate a full-body warm up, consider registering for Outdoor Pursuits’ new combination activity, Yoga on the Rocks.
Participants will meet at the Ping Center for a one-hour guided yoga session, which serves as the perfect warm up for your muscles in preparation for the following one-hour climbing event.
The guided yoga session will begin Wednesday, Aug. 31, at 6 p.m., followed immediately by the climbing session at 7 p.m.
Registration is $5 per participant and can be found online at RecShop.ohio.edu.
