A student-led clinic providing free primary care

In collaboration with Community Health Programs staff and Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine physicians, Heritage College students strive to provide exceptional, non-emergent, no-cost health care to medically underserved individuals. Appointments are strongly encouraged.

We offer primary care services, chronic care management, medication assistance, general well checks, and preventative care. Please note the clinic serves individuals from ages 18-64.

Summer 2024 Clinic Dates

The Care Clinic will be open once a month from 3:30 pm to 7 pm on the dates listed below at the Heritage Community Clinic in Grosvenor West, located at 16 West Green Drive in Athens, Ohio. Appointments are strongly encouraged but walk-ins are accepted between the hours of 3:30 pm - 5:30 pm.

• Tuesday, June 11 from 3:30 pm to 7:00 pm
• Tuesday July 16 from 3:30 pm to 7:00 pm
• Tuesday, August 13 from 3:30 pm to 7:00 pm
