National Diabetes Prevention Program

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention-led National Diabetes Prevention Program will help you learn ways to change your lifestyle and improve your health. Participants meet in a group setting with a trained lifestyle coach to learn how to make modest lifestyle changes.

The program is a yearlong program focused on long-term lifestyle changes designed for people who have prediabetes or for those who are at risk for type 2 diabetes but do not already have diabetes.
