2021 COVID-19 Mass Vaccine Clinic
Community Health Programs is proud to partner with the Ohio Department of Health, Ohio Emergency Management Agency, Federal Emergency Management Agency and local health departments across southeast Ohio to offer no-cost COVID vaccination clinics to eligible Ohio residents age 18 and up. Clinics will be offered in Lawrence, Morgan, Meigs, Vinton, Perry and Washington counties through April and May 2021.
Appointments are open now and can be scheduled on the ArmorVax website or app (available on iPhone and Android); see below for direct links for each clinic location. Appointments may also be made by phone at 1-740-593-0175, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., or 1-833-4-ASK-ODH.
Please note: You probably have heard recent information regarding the vaccine and an extremely rare, but potentially severe, blood clotting disorder. Please know that these adverse reactions are extremely rare. However, anyone who had the vaccine who experiences symptoms within the next several weeks -- including severe headache, leg pain, abdominal pain, shortness of breath, severe nausea or blurry vision -- should contact their health care provider.
