Immunizations
Protecting children against preventable diseases
The Childhood Immunization Program (CHIP) helps keep children in our region healthy by giving them immunizations (shots) to protect against preventable diseases such as polio, rubella, and pertussis (whooping cough). Children ages birth to 19 can receive free immunizations if eligible through the Vaccines for Children (VFC) program.
If your child needs immunized, please remember to bring his or her immunization records to the clinic. We can also help with kindergarten and junior high requirements.
CHIP travels to Ross and Coshocton counties on a regular basis.
