Office of Advanced Studies
Multiply your capacity to heal
The Office of Advanced Studies was established at the Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine to accomplish the goal of increasing the number of osteopathic physician-scientists graduating from the Heritage College and preparing them for leadership roles in translational biomedical research and academic medicine.
Our mission is to facilitate the dual-degree programs by coordinating integrated support from all academic homes, so students can successfully balance several sets of expectations.
The Office of Advanced Studies was made possible from initial funding through the Osteopathic Heritage Foundations (OHF) Vision 2020 Grant (awarded 2011).
Welcome to the latest cohort of students in the D.O./Ph.D. program
