New Faculty
The office requires all new academic faculty members (also include adjunct academic faculty teaching in Athens, Cleveland or Dublin campus) complete the self-assessment survey. After completing the survey, you will be scheduled to meet with a resource person within two weeks.
The survey will take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete.
Current Faculty
The office recommends current faculty (also include adjunct academic faculty) complete the self-assessment survey annually. Regular feedback is important in order to address your needs. After completing the survey, you will be scheduled to meet with a resource person within two weeks.
