Human Services Major
The Human Services major leads to a Bachelor of Applied Human and Consumer Sciences. This is a bachelor completion degree, appropriate for students who have earned an associate's degree as a 2 + 2 option and/or at least 60 semester hours at an accredited institution. Skill and competencies developed include: customer and personal services, societal trends and influences, group behavior and dynamics, diversity issues, ethnicity and culture.

Career opportunities associated with the Human Services major include, but are not limited to, Human Service Assistants in settings such as residential facilities and community agencies.
