Library Teams
To advance the goals of the University Libraries Strategic Plan 2021-2023 while recognizing the need to build on existing staff expertise, navigate budget constraints, and advocate for the recruitment of additional talent to increase our capacity to deliver both new and existing services, University Libraries has implemented a functional, teams-based approach as an overlay to our organizational structure. The following four programming areas have been identified for which the Library Teams structure will provide the opportunity, space, supports, and direction for staff to advance and focus their practice, develop leadership skills, and build capacity for further service development.
