Rachel Hizey, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in communication studies, gave an inspiring speech detailing her time at OHIO Lancaster, overcoming adversity, and commitment to the campus and community. Hizey will continue her educational journey by beginning her master's in organizational communication and higher education in January.
