Trimble currently has two afterschool programs, one at the elementary and one at the middle school. Both programs are funded through a 21 st Century Community Learning Center grant through the Ohio Department of Education and serves students in grades Kindergarten through 8. Students receive a snack and a bit of free time directly after school to transition into the program. They then receive assistance in homework, intervention in reading in math, hands on enrichment activities, and coaching in college and career opportunities available to them.
To find out more about the programs you can contact the main Kids on Campus office or Trimble Local Schools.
