As of June, 2019, the grants that had previously supported Kids on Campus programs within the Trimble Local School District have ended.  The district and Kids on Campus are continuously working to identify new ways to support afterschool programs for Trimble students.

Prior to June of 2019, Trimble had two afterschool programs, one at the elementary and one at the middle school. Trimble also offered a morning program at Trimble Elementary. These programs were funded through Ohio Department of Education 21 st Century Community Learning Center grants as well as other district resources and served students in Kindergarten through 8th grade. Students received a snack and a bit of free time directly after school to transition into the program. They then received assistance in homework, intervention in reading and math, hands on enrichment activities, and coaching in college and career opportunities available to them.

To find out more about the programs you can contact the main Kids on Campus office or Trimble Local Schools.
