The Keep Teaching site has been reorganized to better serve the faculty of Ohio University. The Get Started page has absorbed the previous Evaluate and Plan and Communication pages, so you can find a step-by-step process for shifting your courses online all on one page.
The Teach section has been broken down into two areas: tools that enable online teaching, and pedagogical recommendations for teaching online. On Tools, you can learn about different technology available to Ohio University instructors and ways to use them in your courses. There also are workshop recordings available for you to learn more about these tools.
The previous Adapt and Implement page has been shifted to cover information about online assessments. Options available to Ohio University instructors include online proctored examinations via Blackboard; alternatives to proctored exams also are listed.
Under the Resources and Support section, you can now find a list of specific contacts to help you with technology, teaching online, and more, as well as recorded workshop videos and options to book one-on-one technology consultations with OIT staff.
The News and Updates section will include the most recent content from the Remote Teaching Coordinators, instructional designers from the Office of Instructional Innovation, and Center for Teaching & Learning staff.
