On Tuesday, April 25, the Spotlight on Learning Conference gave OHIO faculty and staff the opportunity to participate in multiple, concurrent sessions on topics related to the theme "What are students learning?" This University-wide event took place from 9 a.m.–5 p.m. on the Athens Campus, and featured local experts in areas such as creating and aligning outcomes, activities, and assessment; teaching innovations; and educational technology. Activities included presentations, panels and open discussions, roundtables, and breakout sessions.
Co-sponsored by the Teaching, Learning, and Assessment Committee and the Office of Instructional Innovation (OII), this conference was open to all OHIO faculty/instructors, administrators, and teaching assistants.
