The Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology and Management curriculum provides current and relevant course content and includes a technical core and two technical electives that allows students to pursue greater depth in their area of interest.
The technical core of 57 semester hours includes coursework in CAD and solid modeling, materials science, production and operations, materials and manufacturing processes, computer applications, electronics, quality management, robotics, and automation. Most courses in the technical core require extensive hands-on laboratory time in addition to the classroom lecture/theory time. The technical electives include two courses or six credits.
The curriculum requires completion of 120 credit hours from courses in general education, business (resulting in a business minor) and engineering technology and management coursework.
