Two courses are now available in the Personal Effectiveness Certificate: Stay out of Your Own Way and Crushing Imposter Syndrome and one in the Relationship Building Certificate: Gender 101.

The Peer-Learning Network provides assistance with Microsoft Excel via our new Peer-Learning Network channel on Microsoft Teams.

A new course is now available in the HR Operations Certificate: New Hire Paperwork and I-9 Completions.

A kick-off meeting and open forum discussion will be held to introduce the new Peer-Learning Network and to identify specific Excel related topics and focus areas for future discussions. Several trainings are now available utilizing Microsoft Teams.

This  Personal Effectiveness certificate is designed to improve knowledge and skills associated with building, maintaining, and improving personal and professional effectiveness. 

Professional Development Pathways announces OHIO Intercultural Competence, Active Listening and SafeZone Training Workshops. You can also sign up for email PDP updates.

Leave of Absence  and Payroll & Timekeeping courses have been added to the HR Operations Certificate.

The Relationship Building certificate program is designed to improve knowledge and skills associated building, maintaining, and improving interpersonal relationships within departments and across campuses.

The Compensation Philosophy & Framework course provides users with a foundational understanding of the University’s overall compensation philosophy, the types of positions within the University, and how those positions are mapped to the compensation framework.
