Annual performance evaluations are required for all Administrative & Professional and Classified staff. The deadline for completion of the performance evaluations is March 15 for Administrators & Professional staff and April 1 for Classified staff.
Evaluations provide an opportunity to discuss performance in light of established goals and expectations. Supervisors and staff also are encouraged to begin planning for the next evaluation cycle by reviewing performance plans and career development for the upcoming year.
Note that all completed classified evaluations should be sent to the Employee Service Center in UHR. All completed Administrative & Professional evaluations should be sent to the respective planning unit head. Questions may be directed to: firstname.lastname@example.org or 740.593.1636.
