June 10 – 16 is National Men's Health Week. In celebration, here are five things you can do to improve your health:

Tip 1: Ask your doctor what checkups you need.
Tip 2: Eat more fruits, veggies, whole grains, low-fat dairy and lean protein.
Tip 3: Know your numbers for cholesterol, blood pressure, and weight (BMI – body mass index).
Tip 4: Protect yourself from cancer with screenings.
Tip 5: Keep stress at bay and stay happier!
