University Human Resources (UHR) is pleased to announce an expansion in health and wellness programs sponsored by the university's health benefits plan.
Starting in January, 2013 the university health plan will sponsor participation in some additional programs, the Group Lifestyle Balance - Diabetes Prevention Program and Diabetes Boot Camp offered by the University Medical Associates Diabetes/Endocrine Center.
Faculty, staff, and family members enrolled in one of the university's health plans are eligible for sponsorship in these programs.Both programs will provide practical information, support, and education to help you make positive lifestyle changes so you can be your very best in health and wellness.
