Travel Grants

The purpose of the Travel Grant is to provide support to graduate students for travel to present original work.

The grant attempts to cover  costs associated with such travel, but it can ONLY be used to cover mileage, airfare, accommodations, and rental car. Please review the guidelines below for additional details.

The travel grant can be used to fund any local, national or international travel as long as the purpose of the intended travel is to present original work.

The application form is an Adobe Acrobat form. Please use the most recent version of the application form and fill in the details before printing.

**Students may only submit ONE travel grant application for consideration in the lottery drawing. Failure to follow this guideline will result in disqualification.**

Each term, the list of travel grant winners will be posted on this Web page  by the end of the semester. Recipients will also be directly notified through email within 3 business days following the draw.
