Peyton Witner

Peyton is majoring in Marketing and has a minor in Communications, with a Social Media Certificate. She participated in the Thessaloniki, Greece Global Consulting Program through the College of Business. 

What skills do you feel you've gained from going on a global program?

I learned how to handle language barriers, how to respect differing cultures, and how currency rates work.

What is one of your favorite memories from your global program?

I really enjoyed the catamaran boat rides on the Greek islands with my new friends I met through the Global Consulting Program.

What advice would you give a student you is interested in a global program?

I would advise a student to take a chance, embrace the unknown and get out of your comfort zone! It could be a once in a lifetime experience and it is a great opportunity to travel, experience different cultures and environments all while learning and meeting new people.
