Prereq: 501. Applies basic marketing principles to organizations which have objectives other than profit. Designed to increase awareness of future marketing managers of contemporary social issues and legal requirements of marketplace. Students develop skills to make marketing decisions in a global context, such as finding new markets, customizing products for the demands of new markets, discovering which products are wanted by world customers, learning how to reach them, determining appropriate pricing strategies and distribution channels.
