Campus Markets
Conveniently located on each green, Culinary Services operates three Campus Markets. Campus Markets carry most of the items that students need when living on campus, such as fresh fruit and vegetables, fresh and frozen meals, water, juice, sodas, soups, canned food, toiletries, school supplies and more.

Nelson Market is convenient for students because of its ideal location and wide variety of products. It's also within walking distance from South and East Green.
Boyd Market is located inside Boyd Hall on West Green. It's conveniently located to pick up a quick snack, a Smoothie combo or to complete your weekly grocery shopping.
Smooth Moves
Located in Boyd Market, Smooth Moves offers a variety of Smoothies made with real fruit and power-packed health supplements and protein powders. Smoothie Combos are available as a meal replacement using your Traditional*, Flex or Block Meal Plan. A Smoothie Combo consists of your choice of smoothie, freshly baked good and piece of fresh fruit.
*Traditional Meal Plan users must adhere to utilizing 1 meal swipe on campus within each Meal Period.

Jefferson Marketplace
Opened January 25, 2017, the focus of Jefferson Marketplace is an inviting neighborhood experience that may be enjoyed by all. Offering a variety of fresh, local and global products to the campus community, we continue to look for new products to offer to our diverse customer base. Customer demand and market trends help to determine our product offerings.
Customers of Jefferson Marketplace can get up to 1 hour of FREE garage parking in the garage directly beneath the Market. We will be offering a $1 discount on purchased items in the Marketplace when a parking receipt for Jefferson Garage is presented.
Culinary Concepts Within the Venue
The Brick City Deli
This New York-style deli features delicious made-to-order sandwiches using the finest Boar's Head deli meats and cheeses, as well as locally-baked breads. Order it to go, or dine in and enjoy the atmosphere. Customers may pay with Flex Points, Bobcat Cash, debit and credit. In order to reduce contact and speed our service, all Culinary Services venues are cashless.
The Culinary Studio
In partnership with the Scripps College of Communication, WOUB and the Patton College of Education, this demonstration kitchen is a very exciting addition where customers will learn new cooking techniques during live demonstrations. The studio serves as a learning lab for students as well.
Veggie Butcher and Juiced
Taking a page out of Boyd Market’s book, the Veggie Butcher expands to Jefferson Marketplace. Students can bring their produce to the counter to have it washed, cut, and ready to eat. Want those fruits and veggies juiced? Now you can. Fresh, raw juices will be available for healthful consumption.
Grocery Market
Featuring a robust selection of meals, snacks, beverages, health & beauty products, gifts and school supplies, this new campus market will have an increased focus on both international and local food offerings. Bulk food items, including a meat & cheese counter, are available within the market. Customers may pay with Flex Meal Swipes, Bobcat Cash, debit and credit.
