Culinary Services takes pride in our extensive program that plays an integral role in the daily life at OHIO by fueling our community approximately 3.5 million meals each year. Accomplishments

All managers and lead full time staff are certified in food safety by the Ohio Department of Health and the National Restaurant Association. All full time staff has completed Person In Charge Training.

Kent Scott, Associate Director of Auxiliary Operations, has earned the FMP (Foodservice Management Professional) designation from the National Restaurant Association.

Culinary Services has a nationally recognized student leader and student employment program which has been featured in national food service publications. Culinary Services also offers student management internships.
