As COO, Duke is responsible for strategic oversight of High Noon's operations, production, finance and technical areas. With partners Jim Berger and Sonny Hutchison, who have worked together for over 30 years, High Noon has seen steady growth over its 15 years and maintains offices and facilities in Los Angeles, Denver and New York. An award winning single and multi-camera director, Hartman also lends his creative expertise to select feature projects for High Noon.
Prior to the formation of High Noon, Duke served as Director of Network Operations for Liberty Media's Intro Television and was Production Manager for Denver NBC affiliate KUSA-TV, where he spent 18 years as a staff Producer/Director. Raised in Baltimore, he received a B.A. in communication arts from the University of Dayton and a M.A. in documentary film from Ohio University.
Duke has served on the boards of the Colorado Film Commission, Heartland Chapter of NATAS and the Colorado Film and Video Association. Since 2007, Duke has been on the Board of Trustees of Colorado Ballet and serves on the Executive Committee as the Co-Chair of Marketing and PR.
