Marketing Communications Manager, College of Fine Arts University Communications and Marketing

Communications lead for the College of Fine Arts focused on bringing resources and expertise from the University Marketing and Communications team to guide, amplify and benefit the creative research and the educational experiences of faculty and students across the college, while seeking ways to connect and celebrate the careers of our alumni in the arts. 

Since 2015, Daniel has lead the photography and video production efforts, as well as managing and writing communications content for event promotions, alumni relations, website content, and social media for the College of Fine Arts at Ohio University. This includes documenting events and capturing the creative work being done in creative spaces of faculty, staff, and students through written profiles, interviews, and audio visual narratives. He is most proud of his work building an audio/visual archive for the College of Fine Arts, creating new content such as the Talking Studio podcast series, and spearheading the creation the 2020 Fine Arts Experience Now video series with an amazing team of staff and students. 

Daniel makes photographs and moving images, books, sculptures, and uses writing to expand ideas about the visual (See New Old Images), and place.
