The Ohio College Opportunity Grant (OCOG) is a state-funded grant program offered to residents of the state of Ohio only. You must complete the FAFSA by October 1 of each award year in order to be eligible. OCOG is awarded based on total family income and the Expected Family Contribution (EFC) from the FAFSA.

The Pennsylvania Higher Education Assistance Agency Grant (PHEAA) is a state-funded grant program offered to residents of the state of Pennsylvania only. You must complete the FAFSA and the Pennsylvania State Grant form (first time applicants only). Students must be enrolled in a program of study where at least 50% of the total credit hours are earned through classroom instruction.
