Ohio University Public Private Partnership Opportunity
Ohio University has released a Request for Proposals for public-private partnership development opportunities at The Ridges in Athens, Ohio. The RFP process is designed to help firms learn more about the development potential of The Ridges as well as assist us in learning about external firm’s qualifications, expertise and abilities. The University intends to select one or more teams to implement development plans that are responsible, viable, and that achieve a variety of University and community needs.
This exciting opportunity has been released on Ohio University’s RFP portal which may be accessed at https://iucpg.ionwave.net/Login.aspx. Please take a moment to register on this site to review our release. This will also be the site where firm responses must be uploaded.
We have a quick turnaround on the first phase of this RFP (a qualifications stage) of December 21, 2016, so please be sure to review the release at your earliest convenience.

Ohio University will delay implementation of the Uniform Guidance procurement section as provided by the waiver of procurement rules stated in the Federal Awarding Agency Regulatory Implementation of The Uniform Guidance Procurement Standards in §§200.317-200.326, released December 19, 2014. The university will delay implementation of the new procurement guidelines until July 1, 2017 and, in the interim, will follow the guidance of the prior standards (A-110).
