Project Management Methodology

The OHIO Finance and Administration Project Management Methodology outlines the required steps and project artifacts for all Finance and Administration strategic projects. The Change Management and Communication office works in collaboration with the Office of Information Technology to continuously improve the Project Management Methodology and supports active project managers for Finance and Administration strategic projects. The Project Management Methodology and associated tools are made available for Division use.

Submitting a Project Request

If you would like to submit a project request, complete the Business Case Template  and attach it to the  Project Request Form. All Project Request Forms will be reviewed by an intake process and distributed to project governance entities for review and approval.
