The Post Awards and Grants Partner Group is charged with developing solutions to issues that impact the application, implementation and accounting for external awards.

Areas of focus will include:

  • Subrecipient Monitoring
  • Time and Effort Certification
  • Labor Distribution
  • Auditing Transactions
  • Cost Transfers
  • Financial Status Review
  • Financial Reports
  • Prior Approvals
  • F&A Rates
  • Uniform Guidance Impacts on Processes
  • Grants Module

FY19 Goals

  • Grants Training: develop topics for department administrators
  • Insitutional Base Salary: define what this means so it is understood by campus
  • Roles and Responsibilities: complete policy, procedure, or instruction for each responsibility
  • Vacataion and Sick Leave Accrual: continue to disucss this topic and search for solutions

The Post Awards and Grants Partner Group is co-chaired by a member of the RC Strategy Group, as selected by the RC Strategy Chair, and the Director of Grants Accounting.
