OHIO Ready Staff are full-time employees within the OHIO Business Service Center and are available for temporary placement for full- and part-time assignments (depending on availability). OHIO Ready Staff employees are trained in OHIO administrative policies, processes, and systems to support temporary administrative needs across departments.
When Do I Use OHIO Ready Staff?
When you need temporary office assistance due to a departmental employee's vacation, sick leave, maternity/paternity leave or during peak work times or for coverage during the hiring process for permanent staff, etc. Note: Departments will be billed an hourly rate for OHIO Ready Staff.
