ICC Meeting Dates

The Individual Course Committee will meet on these dates from 3:00 - 5:00 p.m. in Lindley Hall, N366.

January 14, 2020 *Courses to be reviewed by the January 14 meeting must be at the ICC level by 5 p.m. on December 30.
February 4, 2020 *Courses to be reviewed by the February 4 meeting must be at the ICC level by 5 p.m. on January 20.
March 3, 2020 *Courses to be reviewed by the March 3 meeting must be at the ICC level by 5 p.m. on February 17.
April 7, 2020 *Courses to be reviewed by the April 7 meeting must be at the ICC level by 5 p.m. on March 23.
April 21, 2020 *Courses to be reviewed by the April 21 meeting must be at the ICC level by 5 p.m. on April 6.

  • New courses and changes to or deletions of courses are submitted through OCEAN 2.0 using the appropriate form from the drop down list.
  • Please provide a summary of proposed changes as well as justifications for any proposed changes using the text box provided at the top of the course change form.
  • For dual listing a new graduate course with an existing undergraduate course in OCEAN, clearly state the dual-listing in the discussion tab along with the qualitative and quantitative expectations will be for grading of the graduate students in the course compared to the undergraduates.
  • New experimental semester courses can be submitted using the Experimental Course Form found here [Word]. Note that experimental courses only require approval at the department/school and college levels.
