The John Calhoun Baker University Center Grand Ballroom seats 900 individuals in Theater Style and 400 individuals Banquet Style.
The John Calhoun Baker University Center Ballroom A and B seats 350 individuals in Theater Style and 192 individuals Banquet Style.
The Baker University Theater has 190 built in Theater Style seats. If your event needs accomodation for more seating, our staff can add an additional 50 seats for a total of 240 capacity.
The Theater Lounge in the Baker University Center can accomodate 225 individuals in Theater Style seating.
The 1804 Lounge in the Baker University Center is available as an "as is" setup.
The Baker University Center Front Room is a reservable space in which the layout stays as-is. In addtion, this is a space that is also open to the public, even while events are taking place.
The Bobcat Student Lounge in the Baker University Center can accomodate 50 individuals in Theater Style Seating. Please note that this is a public space.
The Maggie Davis room in the Baker University Center can accomodate 32 individuals in Conference Style set-up.
The Multipurpose room in the Baker University Center is located within the Multicultural Center. The room can accomodate 220 individuals in Theater Style and 160 utilizing Banquet Style.
Room 240 and 242 in the Baker University Center can be seperate rooms, or can be combined to offer double the seating configurations. Rooms alone offer accomodations for 40 individuals in Conference Style seating, 110 in Theater Style seating and 80 in Banquet Style seating. When rooms are combined, Conference Style seating becomes usable to 80, Theater Style to 220 and Banquet Style to 160.
The Atrium spaces in the Baker University Center are located on the 3rd, 4th and 5th floors. These spaces can accomodate 50 individuals in Theater Style seating. In addition to Theater Style, many customers utilize these spaces for table space and promotion.
Conference Rooms 226, 229 and 341 can accomodate for 16 individuals in Conference Style seating.
Conference Room 130 in the Baker University Center can accomodate 28 individuals in a Conference Style seating setting.
Conference Room 231 is only available in a Theater Style setup. In this setup, the accomodations are for 48 individuals.
Conference rooms 233, 235 and 237 in the Baker University Center can accomodate for 20 individuals arranged in Conference Style seating.
Conference Room 236 in the Baker University Center can accomodate 12 individuals in a Conference Style setup.
Conference Room 239 in the Baker University Center can accomodate for 24 individuals in Conference Style seating. An additional 12 seats can be available with the addition of seating along the wall for a total of 36 possible seats.
Conference Rooms 333 and 356 can accomodate 12 individuals in a Conference Style seating arrangement.
The Computer Lab located in room 514 can accomodate for 12 individuals in Conference Style seating.
