Building Ethics Modules into Courses is a two-day workshop for Ohio University instructors interested in adding ethics content to their courses. Working with other faculty, with members of the Institute, and with former workshop participants, faculty solidify their knowledge of ethics and ethics instruction before developing and presenting a plan for the addition of new content to their classes. Each participant receives a $350 implementation grant upon successful completion of the workshop.

Almost 170 Ohio University faculty members, in disciplines ranging from industrial engineering to dance, have participated in the institute’s Building Ethics Modules program since its inception in 1990.

Enrollment in the 2006 workshop is limited to 20 (first come, first served). Register by filling out the on-line registration form. Registration begins on November 3, 2006, and continues until 5 p.m. on Friday, November 24, 2006. If the Module is full, you may sign up for a waiting list, in which case you will be notified as soon as a slot opens.
