Ohio University is committed to enhancing access and inclusion for persons living with disabilities. The following highlights the progress made.
The Presidential Advisory Council on Disability and Accessibility Planning (PACDAP) led a strategic planning process to set goals, vision and priorities for the university around inclusion and accessibility. The process is documented in the minutes for PACDAP meetings prior to 2014.
PACDAP submitted the University Disability Strategic Plan for Inclusion and Accessibility to President Roderick McDavis in June 2014. He provided it to the Board of Trustees that summer.
