In 2011, President Roderick McDavis formed the first Presidential Advisory Council on Disability and Accessibility Planning (PACDAP), with the charge to develop a strategic plan for the university. After a multi-phase planning process, the President approved the Ohio University Disability Strategic Plan for Inclusion and Accessibility in 2014.
2015-2016 PACDAP and Implementation Team Membership, Charges and Accomplishments
In recognition of the conclusion of the strategic planning process, the President reconstituted PACDAP in July 2016 to be the "Presidentially Appointed Committee on Disability and Accessibility Promotion" (PACDAP) and charged them to lead the institution's implementation of the Disability Strategic Plan.
