Climate change and its connections to national security have been in the news recently as prominent reports and assessments highlight a wide variety of challenges. These topics are increasingly a focus of research and policy work done at the Voinovich School of Leadership and Public Affairs at Ohio University. Environmental Studies Program Director Geoff Dabelko spoke about what these linkages mean for the United States and abroad during a visit to the Wilson Center in Washington last month. He draws upon nearly 25 years of research and policy consultation on environment and security.
