Apply for Fall 2023 Robe Leadership (ET 4950/5950) Course:
Want to improve your leadership skills through interactive experiences with outstanding alumni and other students? Apply for the Robe Leadership Institute’s Fall 2024 Leadership Development course – an application is required because registration is limited for this special seminar course.
The RLI program is recommended for students graduating in 2025 and 2026, or graduate students (ET 5950) interested in developing their leadership potential. Members of the fall 2024 seminar (ET 4950/5950) will engage with executives, entrepreneurs, early-career alumni, and other leaders to learn from their experiences and perspectives. You’ll receive leadership development materials, have meals with guest speakers, and be invited to a spring break trip to visit leaders at their companies (past trips have been to San Diego) or similar leadership development experiences.
The RLI experience is one that is meant to have an impact that lasts a lifetime. Your fellow scholars will become your advisors and friends as you help each other learn the why, what, and how of leadership. This requires significant commitment: attending all seminar sessions; studying books and other materials; and asking speakers probing questions about their leadership styles, successes, and failures. If you’re prepared to engage, the seminar will be a great experience for all.

Application deadline for full consideration is May 3rd, 2024, but applications will continue to be accepted after the deadline until the class is full.
