Society of Women Engineers to hold career development event for women in STEM – 4/6

The Society of Women Engineers (SWE), along with several other OHIO organizations, will host a panel of prominent guest speakers to share professional strategies for women in STEM on Wed., April 6, from 6-7:30 p.m. in Porter Hall 105

Tech industry veteran and keynote speaker J.J. DiGeronimo will kick off the event, then moderate a panel comprising OHIO Environmental and Plant Biology Lecturer Kim Thompson, VP of Technology Infrastructure Kristen Lowery and engineer Christine Copa. Students can ask questions about career development strategies and other topics relevant to women in STEM.

Refreshments will be provided.
