Mar 15, 2017 at 5:00 PM

Hear Distinguished Professor Gerri Botte explain how electrons are making a positive impact on manufacturing at the next Science Café, on Wed., March 15, at 5 p.m. in the Baker University Center Front Room.

In her talk, “Electrons for Sustainable Manufacturing,” Botte will share how she and her team at the Russ College’s Center for Electrochemical Engineering Research are working on transformational technologies that enable sustainable production of chemicals, materials and water remediation processes.

Science Cafés provide a venue for students to informally share their interests during a conversational exchange with faculty presenters, staff and the Athens community. The first 50 attendees get free coffee, and participants who ask questions can win a free t-shirt.
