Sep 24, 2013 at 10:00 AM

Find funding for your educational research with the help of two workshops in Alden Library 301U on Tues, Sept. 24, from 10-11 a.m., and Wed., Sept. 25, from 3-4 p.m. The workshops will review guidelines and requirements for awards from the 1804 Fund and new Konneker Fund for Learning and Discovery.

The 1804 Fund offers two award categories: Undergraduate learning, which includes curricular innovations, programs and activities that enhance the undergraduate educational experience; and Faculty Research and Graduate Studies, which supports research, scholarly activities and innovations in graduate education.

The Konneker Fund supports innovative, high-impact initiatives designed to advance undergraduate learning and research and graduate education. Faculty and staff are eligible to apply and request either $50,000 for two years or $100,000 overall. Collaborative projects are strongly encouraged.
