Ionic liquids are salts with melting points below 100°C and can be chemically tuned and used in a wide variety of ways in the field of electrochemistry. City College of New York Assistant Professor Elizabeth Biddinger will discuss “Ionic Liquids in Electrochemical Applications” at the next Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering seminar on Tues., Nov. 1, from 9-10:20 a.m. in Stocker Center 103.
