Science Café to discuss mining effects on SE Ohio water – 2/3

How have environmental regulations impacted local water contaminated by mining? Associate Professor of Environmental Studies Natalie Kruse Daniels will discuss this hot topic at her upcoming Science Café talk, “The Mining Legacy of Southeast Ohio: Learning from Past Mistakes,” on Wed., Feb. 3, at 5 p.m. in Baker Center Front Room.

Science Café events provide a safe environment for guest speakers to informally share ideas with students, faculty and community members. The first 50 attendees get free coffee and participants who ask a question will receive a free t-shirt.
