Accreditation means quality assurance. Completing an accredited undergraduate program ensures that your education meets the quality standards set by professional and technical societies in the profession.
The Russ College’s undergraduate Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering degree program is accredited by the Engineering Accreditation Commission of ABET, www.abet.org. ABET is the recognized accreditor for college and university programs in applied science, computing, engineering, and technology.
As one of the Russ College’s newest programs, the Bachelor of Science in Energy Engineering degree program began admitting students in fall 2014. The program will be eligible for accreditation once students have completed the program.
