Business card (two-sided)
To help start the conversation about who we are, we developed an optional backside for the Ohio University business card. Both faculty/staff and students can request to use it. For faculty/staff cards, contact Printing and Graphic Services. For student cards, check out these Russ College details.

These full-color certificate templates enable you to bestow an honor in Russ College style with the flexibility of desktop printing to 8.5x11 paper. Both horizontal and vertical designs, each with one or two signature lines, are available. Be sure to use the guidelines file (.pdf) for tips and ideas on how to use the templates. Please, print on white paper or cardstock only.
For horizontal versions, download the zip file here [PDF]
For vertical versions: download the zip file here [PDF]
Both faculty/staff and student versions of the Russ College e-mail signature [Word] are available for your professional use. Personalize yours by typing your information over the customizable lines while keeping the font, color, and size intact. Then, just copy the signature text and paste it into your e-mail program's signature feature. Remember that when using the signature, you're representing Ohio University and the Russ College. Avoid a patterned email background, and please don't replace the Ohio University logo or Create for Good graphics with others. The OHIO "Attack Cat" logo is reserved for use by Ohio University Athletics only.
The Russ College's weekly e-newsletter, E-News, is sent to faculty, staff, students, and select parents and board members every Monday. Submit your news via the Web form, or e-mail it in a week prior to the Monday issue in which you'd like it to be published. We welcome you to join the mailing list.
We offer a flier template in the form of a color "shell," similar to a letterhead, on which you can print info. about lectures and events. They're available for each department and research unit, and for support/special programs. Just download the template and add your text. Use the OHIO sans serif font Barlow, or as a second choice Arial; and the serif font EB Garamond, or as a second choice, Times New Roman. Avoid clip art, and always print in color. The flier shell shouldn't be used in place of letterhead. Student organizations can request creative services via the project request form or by contacting the Office of Communications.

The only official logo we use is the Ohio University logo. The Russ College tag line "Create for Good" is not a logo. It can be used only with permission of the Office of Communications as part of the Ohio University-Russ College logo lockup. The OHIO "Attack Cat," the Ohio University seal, and the Pawprint require special permission. Students organizations are not permitted to use the OHIO logo. To obtain a logo lockup or for questions, contact the Office of Communications.
The Russ College Office of Communication manages the college's photo archive. Use our project request form or contact the Office of Communications if you need an image, or if you have photos you'd like to share.
