Electrical Engineering

Since we began offering electrical engineering study in 1891, times have certainly changed. We have kept pace with the rapid change in the electrical engineering landscape by offering tracks in two distinct fields of electrical engineering study: electrical engineering and computer engineering.Computer engineers deal with the research, design, development, and testing of computer systems for both hardware and software. Electrical and electronics engineers research, design and test products for power, communications, navigation and manufacturing systems, as well as circuits, lasers and optoelectronics.

Find the curricula for the electrical engineering track and computer engineering track at the University Registrar website. For more info., contact the School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at 740.593.4672 or 740.593.1567.
