Faculty-student collaboration is a top priority at the Russ College, and that extends to academic advising. Rather than offering a pool of professional advisers who might not know your specific needs, when you are accepted into one of our programs, you’ll be assigned a faculty adviser in your department who will see you throughout your academic career. And, we evaluate our advisers annually with your feedback. Together, you’ll regularly review your interests, the program’s graduation requirements and your post-graduation goals to plan your academic coursework and options for research experience. We do this to ensure you can make the most of your time here and start creating for good.

For more info about advising, contact Associate Dean for Academics Deb McAvoy at 740.593.1468.
