ICMT director to speak at international corrosion conferences

Feb 5, 2015

Ohio University’s Institute for Corrosion and Multiphase Technology Director and Russ Professor of Chemical Engineering Srdjan Nesic will be a plenary speaker at two major corrosion conferences - the European Corrosion Congress (EUROCORR) in Graz, Austria, and Corrosion & Prevention 2015 Conference in Adelaide, Australia.

EUROCORR 2015 will assert the critical role of corrosion science, technology and engineering and provide participants of academic and industrial background, with an opportunity to showcase their services and products. One of four speakers, Nesic will present “Recent Advances in Modeling of Corrosion in CO2 and H2S Aqueous Environments.”

Organized by the Australasian Corrosion Association, the Corrosion & Prevention 2015 conference is a gathering of leading experts with premium networking opportunities and a source of the latest information concerning corrosion and its mitigation. Nesic is one among six world-renowned corrosion scientists invited to present as plenary lecturers.
